Before you send confidential material
Do not send confidential or privileged material in an initial email. Contacting us does not create a professional relationship and does not put a confidentiality obligation in place — that arrives with the engagement agreement. If you need to share something sensitive early, say so and we will tell you how to transmit it.
Do not send protected health information at any point. Healthcare engagements are not currently being accepted.
Why there is no contact form
A contact form requires a backend, and a backend that receives enquiries from law firms is a piece of infrastructure we would then have to secure, log, monitor, and be honest about in our privacy policy. Email is simpler, gives you a record of exactly what you sent, and leaves your data in systems you already trust. This site runs no JavaScript, sets no cookies, and loads nothing from a third party, which would not be true if it had a form.
What to include
If you want the fastest useful reply, include: the type of firm and roughly how many people, the one or two workflows you have in mind, what prompted you to look at this now, and whether a build in the $50,000–$500,000+ range is realistically fundable this year. That last one saves us both time, and an honest "no" gets an honest answer back.
